Definitions

This privacy policy means:

We guarantee that the personal data provided to us will be treated confidentially by us in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016).

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties under any circumstances. Primarily your personal data will be processed by us insofar as this is necessary in connection with the implementation of agreements, the handling of your orders and the answer and processing of your questions or requests.

You will have to register for receipt of newsletters. Without your prior explicit permission, we are entitled to send you by e-mail review requests in response to orders already carried out for you and to make offers you by e-mail regarding services and products that you have previously purchased from us.

For processing and performing agreements, your (company) name, address, contact and payment details, as well as any other personal data you specified by you, will be processed to be able to identify or your payment assignments process. In this context, your personal data, such as your payment data and address data, will be provided to third parties such as payment providers, banks, and mail order companies respectively, but only insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of agreements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing. These measures guarantee, taking into account the state of the technology and the costs of enforcement, an appropriate level of security in view of the risks that the processing and the nature of data to be protected entail.
