How does delivery work?

  1. Confirmation: after your order and payment, you receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
  2. Preparation: your autoclave is checked, prepared and securely packed for transport.
  3. Dispatch: your order is handed over to our logistics partner and registered for shipment.
  4. Delivery: your autoclave is delivered with the information needed for setup and use.

Delivery & Setup

Autoclaves are delivered by logistics partner. You receive the information needed for a simple and independent setup. If you need assistance, our team can support you by phone or video call.

We recommend keeping the original packaging for possible future transport, maintenance or return shipment.

International Delivery

We ship autoclaves and accessories across Europe and Scandinavia from our own stock. Delivery times may vary depending on the country, region and product type.

For islands, remote areas or countries outside the EU, delivery times, import duties, local VAT and customs fees may vary.

Collecting Your Order

Would you like to collect your order directly from our logistics centre? Collection is possible by appointment. For most international customers, delivery by logistics partner is the more practical option.
