What happens after my order and payment?

We deliver our autoclaves to your UK location free of charge (mainland only, no islands), including installation instructions and product training videos. 

 

1. You receive an order confirmation

As soon as you have placed an order and we have received the payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.

2. We prepare the order

As soon as we receive your payment, we start preparing your order. We provide a safe and solid packaging, check if all products and accessories are included and we provide your order with an invoice for your own administration.

3. The package is delivered to the post office

When your parcel is ready, we will register it for shipment. You will then receive an email notification that your 'product has been shipped'.

4. Track & trace code

In the email notification you will also find a track & trace code that you can use to track the shipment. For smaller products sent by post, you will not find a tracking code in the dispatch confirmation. This is because these shipments cannot be tracked. We deliver the B autoclaves at your place.

5. Delivery, installation and product demonstration

If you have ordered a B autoclave from us, the autoclave will be delivered by courier. In addition, you will receive clear instruction videos and a manual. You can set up the autoclave yourself, this process is very simple.

Maintenance is also provided by a courier service. The courier collects the autoclave, after which we carry out maintenance and return the autoclave. With a maintenance contract, we will contact you to make an appointment.

Do you use the autoclave for less than 350 sterilisations per year? Then maintenance every 2 years is sufficient.

Dispatch and delivery via TNT

Items are shipped via PostNL or TNT. If you order on workdays before 14.00 hours, your order will be shipped the same day.

Would you like to collect your order at our location in Dronten? That's no problem either. We are open daily from 08:30 to 16:45. Please make an appointment in advance via 0031 321 317 878 or by e-mail via our contact page.
