Would you like to return a product? We support you with a clear and transparent process. Please always register your return with our team before sending the product back.

Register a Return

  • Register your return in advance via our contact page
  • Provide your invoice number and contact details
  • Include a short description of the reason for return
  • Wait for confirmation by e-mail or phone
  • After confirmation, you have 14 days to send the product back

Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • Return only in the original packaging
  • An additional outer carton is required for safe transport
  • Damaged products or packaging may not be credited
  • Return must be registered within 14 days of receipt

How the return process works

  1. Register your return: contact us via the contact page and provide your invoice number, name, address, telephone number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation: after review, you will receive a response by e-mail or phone.
  3. Pack securely: pack the product in its original packaging and place it inside a sturdy outer carton.
  4. Keep proof of shipment: keep your tracking number until the return process has been completed.
  5. Inspection & credit: after receipt and inspection of the product, the credit or refund will be processed.
