Do your autoclaves meet all legal requirements?
Our company name says it all: B-autoclave sells only class B autoclaves of the highest quality that meet all European guidelines. They therefore have the corresponding certifications, have the CE mark and thus comply with all medical and dental guidelines.
How do I maintain an autoclave?
To guarantee optimal operation and a long life span, an autoclave needs to be maintained regularly. B-autoclave has various maintenance subscriptions available for this. A maintenance contract can be taken out once a year or once every 2 years. Our technicians will fully check the autoclave, replace parts where necessary and carry out all mandatory tests. Afterwards you will receive a certificate of inspection and maintenance.
Do I have a guarantee if I buy an autoclave from you?
Yes, we do. At B-autoclave we offer 2 years factory warranty on all our autoclaves in combination with a maintenance subscription. In the unlikely event of problems with your autoclave, we will solve them for you free of charge. After the guarantee period, our specialised service technicians will also be happy to help you, at a competitive rate, of course.
Is an autoclave suitable for cleaning hollow instruments?
Absolutely. Our autoclaves are class B and thus suitable for cleaning hollow instruments.
What kind of water should be in my autoclave?
Your autoclave should be filled with distilled or demineralised water. Do you not yet have a water distiller? In our web shop you will find a user-friendly model that will enable you to produce demineralised water for your autoclave in no time at all.
How do I connect an autoclave?
Connecting an autoclave is very simple: all you need is a 230V socket. We make connecting extra easy by providing you with a clear manual and instruction videos. Moreover, our autoclaves are delivered and connected throughout the Netherlands by one of our service technicians. You will receive all necessary explanations about the operation.
How do I order an autoclave from you?
As soon as you have ordered an autoclave from us online, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. We deliver the autoclave free of charge to your location, including explanation and installation. We will contact you in advance to plan a delivery time. Would you like to order autoclaves for a school or other training institute? We offer attractive discount arrangements for larger orders. Please contact us for more information.
Is a class B autoclave suitable for medical institutions and dentists?
Yes, a B autoclave is suitable for any profession. Even medical and dental professions. Our B autoclaves are also perfectly suited for general practitioners, dentists and other medical professions.
Can I sterilise liquids and foodstuffs with your autoclaves?
Our class B autoclaves are not suitable for the sterilisation of foodstuffs and liquids. For this you need a so-called laboratory autoclave.
