Fast, secure and professional delivery — so your autoclave is ready for use without delay.

If you order an autoclave within the Netherlands:
Our planning team will contact you after purchase to schedule a convenient delivery time. A technician will visit your location for installation and instruction. Delivery usually takes place within a few days, depending on planning and region.
If you order an autoclave from abroad:
Delivery is arranged via our trusted logistics partner. You’ll receive a notification with the expected delivery date and clear setup videos. Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days. Prefer a later date? We’ll plan flexibly around your schedule.
Other products (accessories & cleaning agents):
Orders placed before 12:00 and in stock are shipped the same business day via PostNL or TNT. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link.

After placing your order

We’ll reach out personally to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll receive an order confirmation, followed by delivery scheduling or parcel dispatch depending on the product type.

  • Autoclaves (NL): scheduled by phone; installation & instruction on-site; usually within a few days.
  • Autoclaves (international): shipped via logistics partner; typically 1–3 business days; flexible delivery date on request.
  • Other products: PostNL/TNT with tracking; before 12:00 & in stock → usually same-day dispatch.

    Technician visit (NL) or fast shipment via logistics partner (international) with clear setup instructions.

Bring & collect

You can also bring your autoclave to our service centre for maintenance or repair. In many cases it’s ready again within a few hours. Visits are by appointment only.
